Dear customers,

accept our invitation to another webinar on pre-chromatographic sample preparation consumables offered by Biotage. The last lecture of this series of webinars on the topic “PPT +, PLD + and Microelute products BIOTAGE – from basics to application” will take place on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 from 10.00 a.m. We look forward to seeing you.

What awaits you at the webinar:

  • we will introduce you to the principle and possible application procedures when using PPT + eg for isolation of propanolol and nadolol from plasma
  • we will deal with the function and possible use of PLD + plates (extraction of 25-OH vit. D in serum or methylmalonic acid)
  • and finally we will introduce MikroElut SPE with various types of sorbents (ABN, AX, CX, WAX, WCX)

If you are interested, please fill in the registration form. If you do not manage the live broadcast, visit our webinar platform (https://eshop.labicom.cz/webinare), where all already broadcast recordings are collected.

ISOLUTE® PLD + protein and phospholipid removal products – provide a very efficient and extremely simple sample cleaning process for subsequent LC-MS / MS analyzes. They require almost no method development and can be integrated quickly and easily into a routine workflow. ISOLUTE PLD + products remove more than 99% of proteins and phospholipids from plasma.

PPT + products are designed to remove proteins from biological samples (plasma, serum, blood) in just three steps. They increase the yield of subsequent methods and suppress ionization.

Biotage ® Mikroelut products are specially designed plates with a very low dead volume of extraction tips. A very small amount of solvent is required to reconstitute the analyte (up to 20 μL for the optimized method), which leads to a higher sensitivity of this extraction method.
